TERMS OF USE Mosaic Realty Developments App Last Updated: 16 June 2026 1. Agreement These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mosaic Realty Developments App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Operator The App is operated by: Mosaic Enterprises S.L (trading as Mosaic Realty) a company registered in Spain with CIF B93560704 and registered address at RH Prive Work Center, Oficina 1, Av. Retamar 69, Urb. Reserva del Higueron, 29639 Benalmadena, Malaga. (“Mosaic”)
 3. Purpose of the App The App provides information relating to property developments, investment opportunities, real estate projects, market information and related services. The App is intended to assist users in discovering and enquiring about properties and developments available through Mosaic. 4. User Accounts You agree to: • Provide accurate information; • Keep login credentials secure; • Maintain current contact information; • Notify us of any unauthorised account use. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account. 5. Property Advisor Service Users may be assigned a Property Advisor from Mosaic. Property Advisors may contact users to: • Understand requirements; • Recommend suitable developments; • Provide project information; • Arrange viewings; • Respond to enquiries; • Provide assistance throughout the property search process. Assignment of a Property Advisor does not create a fiduciary relationship and does not guarantee availability of any property. 6. Communications By creating an account and using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Mosaic may communicate with you through: • In-app messaging; • Push notifications; • Email; • Telephone; • SMS; • WhatsApp and similar messaging services. Communications may relate to: • Property enquiries; • Project recommendations; • Customer support; • Property Advisor interactions; • Account updates; • Project updates; • Newly released developments; • Saved searches; • Favourite projects; • Service announcements; • Property search assistance. Email Notifications Users acknowledge and agree that the App may generate email notifications relating to: • Activity within the App; • Updates regarding saved projects; • Communications from Property Advisors; • New project releases; • Recommended projects; • Project updates; • Changes affecting user accounts or services. These communications form part of the service provided through the App. Marketing Emails and Newsletters Where consent has been provided or where otherwise permitted by law, Mosaic may send newsletters and marketing communications relating to: • Newly released projects; • Recommended developments; • Development launches; • Market updates; • Investment opportunities; • Promotional offers; • Property-related information. Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications and newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link included in such emails or through communication preferences available within the App. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect service-related communications necessary for operation of the App and provision of requested services. 7. Property Information Information within the App is provided for general informational purposes only. Prices, availability, specifications, incentives, floor plans and project details may change without notice. Mosaic does not guarantee that information is always current, complete or error-free. 8. Intellectual Property All content contained within the App including: • Software; • Databases; • Images; • Branding; • Text; • Designs; • Logos; • Project presentation materials; is owned by or licensed to Mosaic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Prohibited Conduct Users must not: • Use the App unlawfully; • Attempt unauthorised access; • Interfere with App operations; • Reverse engineer the software; • Upload malicious code; • Misrepresent identity; • Violate applicable laws. 10. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access where: • These Terms are breached; • Fraudulent activity is suspected; • Required by law; • Necessary to protect the platform, users or business interests. 11. Disclaimer The App does not provide legal, financial, investment, mortgage or tax advice. Users should seek independent professional advice before entering into any transaction. 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic shall not be liable for: • Indirect losses; • Consequential losses; • Lost profits; • Business interruption; • Data loss; arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 13. Transfer of the Service Mosaic may assign, transfer, sell, license, outsource or otherwise transfer ownership or operation of the App, including associated user accounts and related records, in connection with: • A sale of the App; • Sale of assets; • Corporate restructuring; • Merger or acquisition; • Transfer of operations. Any successor operator shall assume obligations necessary to continue providing substantially similar services and shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy. 14. Changes to the Service We may modify, enhance, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
